We will provide some Virtual Administrative Office Assistant Support Services:, Business Correspondence, Business Savvy Forms, Editing & Proofreading, Photocopying, Logo Design, Appointment / Calendar Management with Reminder Service, Contact & Database Management with Data Entry and Photography.

All new accounts are activated upon completing and submitting an Order Form. to White Roses Designs. Those accounts under the Mon.thru Fri. Service,1 Week Trial & Retainer Service will not be activated until the minimum payment as stated on the web site has been made.
The 8(hour) Hour FreeTrial can only be used ONE TIME by any one institution or individual. Only 1 (one) 8(hour) Hour FreeTrial maybe awarded to any given institution or individual regardless of discrepancies in contact information.

The 1 Week Trial can only be used ONCE A MONTH by any institution or individual. The 1 WEEK TRIAL CAN BE USED~ ONLY ONCE A MONTH by any given institution or individual regardless of any discrepencies in contact information.

For the Mon. thru Fri. Service, it's the clients responsibility to fill up the hours in any given 8 hour per day with reasonable workload that can be done by one professional / individual. The Mon. thru Fri. Service will auto deduct 8 hours per day. No adjustments or refunds will be given to the number of hours available on this plan. There needs to be at least a two month commitment to avail the Mon. thru Wed. & Fri. Service rate.

$30.00/ hour
Minimum: 16 hours per week per Month.
Maximum: 40 hours per week per Month

The Retainer Service, all work assigned must be of reasonable workload with accordance to the hours purchased that can be done by one professional/ individual. All tranactions such as phone calls, e-mails, and online chat under this plan will be charged a minimum amount of 5 (five) minutes. By agreeing to these terms and conditions a client gives all the authority to White Roses Designs to deduct as many hours needed to complete any task / workload assigned. No adjustments or refunds will be given to the number of hours available on this plan. There needs to be at least a three month commitment to avail the Retainer Service rate.
